We always look under oil tanks for leaks, it appeared adequate from a distance (painted top).  We found many other items hidden like this in the home. After walking in our steps and reading our report, our client didn't trust how this house was re-habbed / flipped and walked away from the deal.  This Real Estate agency basically has banned us from their "list" which is fine.  We only like to do business with professionals who have the same goal as us, our clients best interest.  We will NEVER compromise our findings to gain future business with an agency.
