Both of our Inspectors Todd and Steve Dukette attended (link) - Efficiency Vermont's Better Buildings By Design Conference held  in February 2011.  It was two full days of valuable knowledge and information gain from building performance professionals from all across the country.  This is a commitment we have to our clients to keep updated with all new building systems, components and how they all interact within the building envelope.  Steve trained with Efficiency VT about 6 years ago with Energy Star and the Building Performance Instatute (BPI) ciriculium in Building Analyst, Shell Specialist and Heating Specialist passing all tests.  This knowledge has been passed onto Todd and built upon with attending this recent conference. This give us an advantage when it comes to making valuable recommendations to our clients when it come to the building envelope. As far as we know Steve is one of the very few Home Inspectors who has been through this rigorous two week on site training and with Efficiency Vermont. 

Our VT grassroots home inspection group (link) - The Vermont Association of Professional Home Inspectors also had members present.  Along with Steve and Todd, Bill Haggerty, Sean McKensie, Scott Buck, Jim Murphy and Bruce Simmons all attended this worthwhile conference.  We would like to thank Efficiency Vermont for having this great event each year.
