Report looks great! I'll  also forward to my Realtor and mortgage broker so they can use this as an example for future business down here. Thanks for such a thorough report. Also Todd was great. He was very approachable and answered all the questions I had in layman's terms. I feel I walked away with much more knowledge of this property than I expected and was given a "list" of improvements that will make this house more efficient and prevent larger problems in the future.

Hi Steve,

Thanks so much for the report - very thorough and just what we were looking for! It's looking like we'll soon be needing an inspection on a potential home in Fairfax, VT (complete with a pond for the dogs to swim in & more room to run =o)   We would like to include radon & water tests and a check of the septic system.  We would need this within 2 weeks of this Wednesday and would like to use your company again - should I contact Sue to schedule this?

I wanted to thank you for doing our home inspection. Shortly after we moved in we had an electric come out and replace our Stab-loc circuit breaker and put in some 220 wiring. After they finished they mentioned there were THREE scorch marks inside the old stab-loc circuit breaker. Neil and I are very glad you made such a point about getting it replaced. Thank you!

Just actually sat down to review everything tonight. I was very happy and impressed with the thoroughness of the inspection. I printed it out, and am going to review it in total this weekend. I do plan to go ahead with the purchase of this property, and plan to keep the inspection information as a guideline as to what I need to do in the future, i.e. picking away at it as I can afford to and getting those things that need immediate attention taken care of ASAP. I will definitely be in touch as I have questions as I go along. This is not a new home, and I expected some things to need attention, it's good to know where to start. To me, with my background in selling vehicles, it is like a used vehicle purchase, it's not going to be perfect. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't purchasing something that was really going to be a major problem within a few months. Thank you so much for all your help, and the quick response.

Thanks once again for your incredibly detailed and excellent work. We've been so so so busy since the closing, getting moved here - getting the kids in school, etc., that I haven't even really been online. Michael hasn't had a chance to thoroughly read your report yet - so I don't know if we have any questions. Michael felt confident from being with you the whole inspection that he knew where you were going - and that you hadn't red-flagged anything huge for us to halt the purchase because of...so we felt confident going forward - we did have them come out and put some oil in the tank (as you recommended) so we could fire up the heating system before the closing.
